Job Title: Administration Officer
Our client is seeking an APS4 Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 12 months with the potential to extend.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing replies to correspondence, briefing material and handling confidential papers
* Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for committees and projects
* Undertaking research and investigations as requested
* Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements and official functions on behalf of the team
* Providing high level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the organisation
* Assisting with administrative and/or operational tasks as required
Requirements:
* Experience in an administration support or executive assistant role
* Strong administration and coordination support experience
* Very strong calendar management and coordination skills
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* IT proficiency including MS Office, experience coordinating meetings and preparing documentation
* Experience in a government role is highly regarded
* Australian Citizenship
