* Completed or studying towards a Diploma of CommunityServices or other relevant Diploma or willing to enrol
* Ability to work a variety of shifts: mornings, afternoons,weekends, sleepovers

About the role
As a Support Worker in an Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) modelyou will:
* Support children/young people to achieve personalgoals
* Assist children/young people to build their personalresilience and navigate complex emotions and triggers
* Support connection to family & culture
* Encourage and aid participation in education &extracurricular activities to promote competence and stabilityin day-to-day life
* Transport and daily care as required
* Work alongside our clinical and casework team with childrenand young people at the forefront of all practice.
