Job Overview
The Field Service Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of computer-related products. This position involves performing activities associated with installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
* Investigate, diagnose, and resolve faults in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide technical support for desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals.
* Install, deploy, configure, and dispose of printing equipment as needed.
* Diagnose software and hardware issues and perform PC upgrades.
* Evaluate and enhance customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have at least six months' experience supporting a desk-based environment and hold an NV1 security clearance and valid driver's license.
