We're partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation to source a talented Senior Business Analyst to join a major technology simplification program within their Business Lending division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation project and contribute to strategic change within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end business analysis across large, complex transformation initiatives
* Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document requirements
* Map current and future state processes and identify opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
* Support testing and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation
About You:
* Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking or financial services
* Strong domain knowledge in Business Lending
* Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide transformation projects
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Confident working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
