A leading commercial real estate agency in the inner city fringe is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their award-winning team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic sales and leasing team, contributing to the success of cutting-edge marketing and advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and evaluate advertising and marketing campaigns. Prepare and complete marketing proposals, submissions, Information Memorandums, and cost schedules. Maintain and update website content. Oversee the auction campaign process. Liaise with external marketing suppliers to address and resolve issues. Assist in developing and implementing the agency’s brand strategy. Prepare and track marketing invoices for vendor-paid advertising. About You: To excel in this role, you should have: Experience in a marketing role (real estate experience is highly regarded but not essential). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop (preferred). Familiarity with CRM software. Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing mediums, including social media and content marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
