What's my job?
You're a Content Automation Specialist in the Business Management team.
As a Content Automation Specialist at Plus Also Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow and execution of digital content across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with internal teams, specifically business managers and product teams, to transform briefs into actionable content initiatives, efficiently manage project timelines, and maintain content accuracy across various channels.
A day in the life
* Content Process Management: Translate content briefs into the Plus Also content management spreadsheet, establishing clear and structured plans.
* Collaboration with teams: Work closely with the Business Managers and Product teams to capture and document key product information; including pricing, SKUs, discounts, and T&Cs, ensuring these elements are integrated into content workflows accurately.
* Spreadsheet Creation: Design and build new content-focused spreadsheets based on evolving templates, including macro functionalities. These new workflows will contribute to the automation of the content process.
* Content Upload and Deployment: Upload and manage content spreadsheets using the Plus Also rollout tool, ensuring data integrity and timely execution.
* Email Campaign Creation: Assist in building engaging eDMs by utilising the Plus Also Campaign Builder tool, ensuring all campaigns are executed to meet strategic goals and brand standards.
* Quality Assurance (QA): Perform thorough quality checks across all outputs created by various teams, ensuring that all content adheres to the brand's guidelines, specifications, and media handover requirements.
* Digital Asset Management (DAM): Administer and manage content within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system once it's set up, ensuring assets are organised, accessible, and updated consistently.
* Project Management: Plan and deliver projects on time and within budget, consistently exceeding expectations for both our teams and clients. Ensure smooth transitions from project start to finish with keen attention to detail.

* You're a team player who thrives on collaboration, managing tasks across different departments with a "let's solve this" attitude. The digital asset management system is kept organized and accessible for everyone.
* Your communication style is clear and responsive, making sure stakeholders are always in the loop. When challenges pop up, you don't just identify problems - you come up with solutions.
* Most importantly, you understand that your work directly impacts our clients' satisfaction. You care fiercely about their business and our team, going the extra mile to understand their needs and consistently exceed expectations in everything you deliver.

* Expertise in building and managing automated spreadsheets with advanced functions.
* Proficiency in email marketing platforms and campaign builder tools, with a strong understanding of creating and managing eDMs.
* Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and best practices for maintaining an organised and efficient content library.
* Attention to detail that is second to none.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
