ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an IT Specialist - End User Devices. You will provide second-level support for devices used by our distribution center and store teams, ensuring compliance with global standards and processes. Your role involves resolving incidents promptly, identifying recurring issues and root causes, and implementing lasting solutions. You will also ensure our device fleet is stable, secure, and up-to-date, prioritizing a people-first approach to deliver seamless, personalized IT support.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology Experience supporting a range of technologies including PCs, Macs, iPhones, Android devices, and POS systems Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of ITIL, incident, problem, and asset management processes Passion for troubleshooting root causes and delivering effective solutions OUR CULTURE At Cotton:On, we are optimistic, passionate, genuine, energetic, collaborative, and ethical.
