The Security Manager role involves overseeing the safety and security of individuals within a Centre, ensuring compliance with legislative and policy requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
* Responding to incidents and emergencies
* Managing the reception and induction process for new arrivals
* Supervising and managing the Security Team and sub-contractors
* Coordinating and reviewing compliance reports
* Providing leadership and motivation to supervisors and employees
To be successful in this position, candidates must hold a Certificate IV in Security & Risk Management and have relevant security management experience. They must also be willing to undergo induction training and adapt to living in a hot tropical environment.
