About your service: We're excited to be launching a brand-new Extend partnership at St Columba's School, Ballarat, and look forward to welcoming children into our service from 2 March 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service from day one and help shape a positive, engaging environment for children and families.
Position: Casual
Hourly Rate: $31 to $42 Per Hour + Super
In addition, earn an extra 15% above the award wage listed in this ad as part of the Worker Retention Payment Scheme making the actual wage $35.87 to $49.06 per hour plus super.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Assistant you will:
Create Awesome Experiences: Assist in delivering science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar. Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels highThe Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs
What You Bring to the Family
The Qualification: You've got (or are studying toward) a Certificate III in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care and more.
