As a key member of our leadership team, the Business Support Team Leader oversees two teams to ensure seamless support services in our dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team, becoming a subject matter expert in business processes and providing hands-on support during peak times.
Besides meeting and exceeding KPIs, they will also manage resources, oversee recruitment for vacant positions, serve as a point of escalation for complex requests, provide leadership, mentorship, and opportunities for team development, and identify opportunities to improve or streamline support processes.
