Job Overview:
A Scaffold Supervisor is required to lead a high-performing scaffolding team and ensure all scaffolding activities are planned, executed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, supervise, mentor, and coordinate a team of skilled scaffolders
* Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, Australian Standards, and best practices
* Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, job allocations, and resource requirements
* Oversee the delivery, installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
* Monitor scaffolding equipment and consumables to maintain optimal performance
* Verify correct scaffold tagging, handover certificates, and compliance documentation
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the scaffolding industry
* Strong technical knowledge of scaffolding systems and design principles
* Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team
* Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
