Location:Near Brighton, East Sussex
Role Overview
Typical week: 3 days consulting, 1 surgical day, 1 in 4 weekends built into a 40-hour week.
No OOH – outsourced to a local provider.
Responsibilities
Minute consults; average 25 per full day, a mixture of routine and occasional complex procedures.
Manage a high caseload independently, delivering quality care.
Contribute to team discussions and clinical learning.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally 2–3+ years of experience.
Strong GP/Vet skills with an interest in consults and surgery.
Confidence in managing a high caseload independently.
Team player with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
Open to future progression – including certificates and partnership opportunities.
Practice Overview
11 Vets, including Certificate holders in Imaging, Medicine, and Surgery.
4 consult rooms, 1 theatre, digital and dental X-ray.
Recently expanded, with further plans for a dedicated dental suite.
