About the Role
The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, stock control, rostering, team leadership, and food safety compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with venue management to maintain high standards while driving kitchen culture, efficiency, and profitability.
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a kitchen team
* Experience with ordering, rostering, stock control, and kitchen reporting systems
* Solid understanding of food safety, compliance, and kitchen operations
* Creative approach to modern pub menus with a strong commercial mindset
