Job Description
The manufacturing manager is responsible for overseeing and leading daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, ensuring quality control, and optimizing manufacturing processes.
This includes managing a manufacturing area with a laser cutter, brake press x 2, a fabrication team of 4-8, and powder coating. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing inbound stock from overseas suppliers, including batch checking and unpacking of containers while working with warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in production planning and production management to effectively oversee schedules and ensure operational efficiency. Experience in quality control and manufacturing operations is also required to maintain high manufacturing standards.
