Job Type: Contract position or Casual position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plant, prune, harvest, sort, bunch and pack vegetables (e.g. baby cos lettuce, celery, broccoli and related crops) in Werribee South VIC.
• Work a minimum of 5 days per week with potential for additional weekend work during the season (approximately 9 months).
• Start early depending on crop availability.
Daily Tasks:
• Perform regular lifting and constant standing to pick and pack products
• Work outdoors in various conditions such as cold wet hot and dirty environments
Work in a team environment.
Suitable Candidate Requirements:
* Reliable flexible physically fit with experience in physical outdoor activities
* Must have a valid driver’s licence
* Owning transport is essential due to limited public transport access
* Able to adhere to company quality assurance WHS requirements
