About the Role
You will provide discipline-specific technical input across all stages of projects, from initial client inquiry through to completion. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, liaising with clients, consultants, and authorities, preparing design deliverables, conducting site inspections, and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical input and support across all project phases, from design to completion.
* Prepare engineering calculations, reports, drawings, and tender documentation.
* Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, authorities, and sub-consultants.
* Conduct site inspections, monitor project progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
* Support knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and compliance with Meinhardt’s IMS and WHS standards.
Skills & Experience
* Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (up to 5 years’ experience desirable).
* Strong knowledge of civil design, urban development, roads, drainage, and earthworks.
* Proficiency in Civil 3D, 12D, AutoCAD, and other civil design software.
* Experience with stormwater management, utilities, and development approvals.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, review designs, and deliver cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
* Experience in both urban development and built-form projects is highly desirable.
