The role involves providing expert advice to major employers across private and public sectors, acting for labour law regulators and state governments, offering clients a unique blend of commercial insight and regulatory expertise.

* Provide strategic and practical advice on all stages of the employment relationship, including workplace compliance, safety regulation, and industrial dispute resolution.
* Work closely with senior lawyers and partners, gaining exposure to high-profile clients and complex matters across multiple sectors.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
* Minimum 3 years PQE in employment, labour, industrial relations, or workplace health & safety law.
* Admission to practise in Australia.
* Strong technical skills combined with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
* Excellent communication and client management skills.
