Role
As a Relationship Manager, you'll be a vital part of our Client Relations team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional services that directly support Computershare's growth and success.
In this highly impactful role, you'll be at the heart of the client experience, strengthening relationships with key clients while ensuring their needs are met with responsive, high‐quality solutions.
You'll combine relationship management with project delivery, providing day‐to‐day specialist support while leading initiatives that enhance the overall client journey.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long‐term relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver high‐quality, responsive service that meets client needs and business outcomes.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to add value for clients.
- Lead initiatives and projects to improve the client journey, coordinating activities and managing priorities.
- Maintain commercial awareness and ensure delivery of client satisfaction while adhering to company policies and best practices.
- Work closely across internal teams to secure seamless delivery and keep initiatives on track.
