The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Azure API Specialist to support and enhance our enterprise integration ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and optimisation of Azure-based APIs, with a strong focus on Azure API Management and REST best practices. You will design, document, and govern enterprise API standards while ensuring strict adherence to integration protocols and security requirements across all services.
Working closely with technical teams, you will manage incident tickets and resolution activities, contributing to the stability and reliability of our integration environment. Your deep expertise in .NET API development, particularly in C# and your proficiency in generating OpenAPI Specifications will be essential to delivering robust, secure, and scalable API solutions. This position is ideal for someone who combines advanced .NET development capability with a passion for high-quality integration practices and enterprise-grade API management.
Responsibilities and skills
* Focusing on the support and maintenance of Azure APIs.
* Specialising in Azure API Management and REST Standards.
* Designing and maintaining Enterprise API documentation.
* Stringent adherence to integration standards and protocols
* Maintaining security protocols for integration
* Maintaining incident tickets, responses and resolution activities.
* A strong understanding of developing .Net APIs in c#, and generation of Open API Specifications.
* Advanced .Net development skills
