Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance General Hand to join our team in the heart of Darwin. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective maintenance services across our resort facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
* Performing general maintenance and handyperson duties, including repairs, painting, beautification works, etc.
* Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the resort's buildings, grounds, and equipment.
* Responding promptly to maintenance requests and completing tasks in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Experience in a similar maintenance or general handyperson role, with trade experience highly regarded.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team and employ a high level of problem solving.
