The Opportunity
We're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis to support Aveo's business planning, forecasting, and reporting functions. In this role, you'll partner with our Sales and Marketing division to provide high-quality financial insights that shape sales forecasts and enable informed, commercial decision-making.
Your Impact
* Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to deliver financial analysis, sales forecasting, budgeting and reporting that support business planning and sales objectives
* Analyse sales drivers and performance metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights
* Prepare regular sales, marketing and FP&A reports for senior leaders and executive stakeholders
* Support monthly financial results, including variance analysis and short-term forecasting
* Maintain and enhance financial models, datasets and Excel-based tools
* Contribute to the development and measurement of KPIs for Sales and Marketing teams
* Collaborate with IT teams to improve Power BI reporting and business intelligence

What you'll bring
* 3+ years' experience in FP&A, financial analysis or a similar commercial analysis role
* Strong Excel skills with demonstrated experience building and maintaining financial models
* Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards or data analysis (highly regarded)
* Strong analytical capability with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
* Ability to clearly communicate financial insights to senior and executive stakeholders
* Degree in Business, Commerce, or related discipline
