Project Manager Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver assigned projects, including business case development, project planning, monitoring, reporting, quality management, contract management, stakeholder partnerships, and communications management.
* Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction within a structured reporting framework.
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, building high-level relationships and managing competing expectations and needs.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing complex project requirements.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Relevant tertiary qualification to degree level in Project Management, Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years proven experience in project management, delivering projects related to design and construction activities in a diverse organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction within a structured reporting framework.
* Sound understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrated knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts and building industry practices.
* High-level relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with diverse stakeholders and manage competing expectations and needs.
