Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Relevant tertiary qualification to degree level in Project Management, Building Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years proven experience in project management, delivering projects related to design and construction activities in a diverse organization with multiple stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and client satisfaction within a structured reporting framework.
* Sound understanding of project management methodologies and demonstrated knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts and building industry practices.
* High-level relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with diverse stakeholders and manage competing expectations and needs.
