Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Manage a caseload of participants and deliver therapy programs tailored to individual goals
- Conduct functional capacity assessments (physical, psychological, and environmental)
- Provide evidence-based interventions promoting life skills, independence, and community participation
- Recommend and implement environmental adjustments, including assistive technology solutions
About You
The company is looking for:
- Occupational Therapist with eligibility for full AHPRA registration
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement provided)
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach
