Next in health have partnered up with an innovative, fast growing home care provider based in Melbourne's inner city. Our client is looking to appoint a Clinical and Quality Manager to join their supportive dynamic team on a full time basis to help supply a large range of services that support and enable clients to lead their best life by making sure their workers are adhering by the right process!

**Your day to day duties will include**
- You will be providing leaderships, guidance and support to all areas of the business, ensuring clinical and general care support is delivered in protected manner
- Development and delivery of weekly "Better Practice" Quality sessions with the Care Management Team incorporating evidence-based practice
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of Client Incidents, including the provision of guidance on escalation, management and external reporting requirements
- Identify and implement quality improvement in relation to care and support delivery.
- Leading investigations and Root Cause Analyses into critical client incidents and complaints within required timeframes
- Monitoring, analysis and reporting of Client Feedback, including the provision of guidance on escalation, management and external reporting requirements.
- Monitor clients who are determined to be 'vulnerable' and/or at-risk
- Triage potential and existing clients to determine if support and care needs can be safely met
**As the successful Clinical Care Manager you will be**:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and at least five years' experience in health or aged care and must maintain currency of registration.
- Knowledge and a good understanding of the aged care quality standards and the aged care act
- Strong focus on care and clinical requirements
- confidently able to develop guidance and support resources such as work instructions policies and procedures
- Able to deliver training in an evolving environment of processes and systems
- Professional written and verbal communication with the ability to speak with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Case/Care Management skills and experience is desirable
