About the Role:
* Partner with developer clients to drive sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of team members, ensuring exceptional client service and sales results.
* Set performance expectations and review metrics of sales agents and channel managers.
* Liaise with project stakeholders, including solicitors, architects, creative agencies, and PR consultants.
* Assist clients in briefing creative agencies, media, and PR consultants as needed.
* Support the generation of ideas and strategies to drive interest in projects.
Requirements:
* Residential off-the-plan experience with a developer or agency.
* Strong coordination capability and ability to get things done.
* Real estate qualification - Certificate or License (or able to gain/renew quickly).
* Proactive, enthusiastic, resourceful, and client-focused approach.
* Confident in leading and running client meetings, having hard conversations, and providing feedback with diplomacy.
