The Opportunity
The Student Fees and Projects Lead is responsible for coordinating and undertaking the planning, delivery and review of student fee operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high-quality service delivery. In addition to planning and managing the day-to-day activities of the Student Fee Leads team, the role develops and delivers projects aimed at improving systems, processes, and student financial services.
What We're Looking For
* An experienced people Leader with a proven track record of building, developing and inspiring a high-performing teams.
* Demonstrated experience in developing, planning and coordinating projects and business improvement initiatives that optimise systems, streamline processes and enhance client experience in a student finance or education environment, including managing and reporting on project deliverables, timelines and resources.
* Significant level of knowledge of accounting functions and standards, financial practices and systems, and project and change management principles and practices.
* Significant level of knowledge of contemporary administrative, human resources, data security and records management principles and practices and knowledge of relevant government policy and TAFE SA procedures.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
