We're looking for a reliable, organised and confident Administration Team Leader to coordinate our busy admin team at ASAP Roadworthys. This full-time, in-person role is based in our Nerang office and supports the daily operations of a field-based team of technicians delivering mobile vehicle inspections across multiple job sites.
You'll be the key point of contact for admin task management, ensuring team accountability, workflow oversight, technician scheduling, inventory tracking and process follow-up across departments.
This role suits someone with prior experience overseeing administrative workflows, leading office teams, and staying across tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support an admin team to complete daily responsibilities
Monitor task completion and follow up on overdue actions
Liaise with internal teams to ensure bookings and workflows stay on track
Oversee technician scheduling and mobile field job coordination
Review and manage inboxes, booking forms and internal requests
Support admin escalations and staff training
Generate weekly reports on task completion, team performance and workflow gaps
Provide operational updates and insights to the Operations Manager to support alignment across departments
About You
You'll succeed in this role if you:
Have previous experience leading an admin or operations support team
Enjoy being the go-to person and keeping systems running smoothly
Communicate confidently and follow up proactively
Are comfortable managing a high-volume, task-driven environment
Work well under pressure and can balance multiple priorities
Are detail-oriented, process-driven, and take ownership of your role
Have experience with tools like ServiceM8, 3CX, Google Suite
