As Training Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the education and training of your Snowsports school. Deliver high-quality training plans and processes that align with the business and operational needs of the Snowsports School. Facilitate learning and development to foster staff goals and influence high-level quality lessons based on customer centred teaching. You will be responsible for supporting and fostering a culture of excellence in employee experience and customer service.
**In a typical day in this role, you might**:
- Provide staff training training, plan and implement a strategic instructor training program 
- Facilitate and improve training and staff mentoring to provide an exceptional experience 
- Conduct and participate in regular team meetings to gather staff feedback, provide operational updates and deliver all relevant, important information accurately
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- Current APSI fully certified instructor or recognised international equivalent (See ISIA) 
- Current APSI trainer and/or examiner (desirable) 
- A minimum of five (5) years of prior national/international experience as a snowsports instructor 
- Experience in training program development 
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
