Career Growth The Role
* Be the first point of contact for clients – in person, phone & email
* Manage front desk operations and keep the office running smoothly
* Support the Property Management & Sales teams with admin
* Handle enquiries, bookings, and general office coordination
* Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
About You
* Previous reception or admin experience (real estate highly regarded)
* Well-presented, confident, and great with people
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to juggle tasks and stay calm under pressure
* Positive, team-first attitude
* Completed or completing a Cert in real estate
