About the role
The Governance & Assurance team is looking for a Revenue Assurance Analyst to join for a 12‐month secondment. The role focuses on detecting, preventing, and resolving commercial leakage and driving revenue maximisation across business processes.
What you'll be doing
* Detect, prevent and help resolve profit leakage across Customer Market Operations processes.
* Identify profit optimisation opportunities through stronger controls and analytical review, promoting accountability for revenue and margin outcomes.
* Support the design and embedding of end‐to‐end Revenue Assurance processes and internal controls across Customer Market Operations value chains.
* Help identify, assess and manage risks and issues affecting Customer Market Operations and support the Revenue Assurance Lead in maintaining the Customer Market Operations Risk Framework.
* Deliver assigned Revenue Assurance work accurately, on time and to a high standard.
* Support Revenue Assurance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in systems, processes and governance.
What you'll bring
* Background in revenue assurance, audit, or a similar analytical role with ~2+ years' relevant experience.
* Strong capability using SQL, SAP HANA, Python, Excel and Power BI to produce clear reporting, dashboards and actionable insights.
* Confident and responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Copilot Studio) to improve analytical depth, efficiency and decision support.
* Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, supported by critical thinking and sound business judgement.
