All Seasons is looking for a qualified Horticultural Team Leader to join our garden maintenance teams.

Established for over 25 years, All Seasons specialises in the garden and grounds maintenance of large or public grounds, including retirement villages, residential strata and commercial buildings. Our maintenance teams are all qualified and experienced in horticulture thus, ensuring we deliver the highest level of service to our clients.
General duties will include but are not limited to lawn & garden bed maintenance, tree maintenance and pruning, pest and disease management, minor landscaping solutions including irrigation and machinery maintenance.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for applicants with experience in horticultural maintenance, as well as the following:
- Certificate II or higher in Horticulture (Landscaping or Parks and Gardens)
- Excellent communication and the ability to lead, guide and support a team
- Strong work ethic, with sound decision making and problem solving skills on site
- Reliable, organised and able to manage daily schedules and tasks
- Attention to detail and an appreciation for quality work practices
- Solid technical knowledge ad competency with tools, equipment and safety requirements
- Valid manual driver's license and own transport to travel to West Queanbeyan, NSW
