SASREO Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Long Haul Truck Driver (MC) to join our team based in Geelong, Victoria. This full-time role involves long-distance linehaul work between Victoria and South Australia, operating A-double combinations .
You’ll play a key role in the safe, efficient, and on-time delivery of freight to our customers.
What you’ll be doing
* Safely operating heavy freight vehicles, including semi-trailers and A-doubles
* Completing long-distance linehaul runs between VIC and SA
* Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle roadworthiness
* Complying with all NHVR, fatigue management, and road transport regulations
* Maintaining accurate logbooks and trip documentation
* Communicating clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
* Assisting with loading and unloading where required
What we’re looking for
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in long-haul driving
* MC licence (essential)
* Proven experience with A-double combinations
* Strong understanding of road safety and fatigue management
* Reliable, professional, and safety-focused approach
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
* Clean driving record
