The Role
Our client is seeking a Manager with previous team management experience. You will manage a portfolio of small to medium business clients, oversee workflow, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Managing and building your own client portfolio
* Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and advisory work
* Mentoring and supporting junior staff
* Collaborating with partners to ensure high-quality service delivery
What You Bring
* 7+ years' experience in Australian public practice
* Proven experience managing a team
* CA or CPA qualified
* Strong technical and communication skills
* Positive, proactive, and client-focused mindset
