Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Operator / Hard Landscaper & Civil Construction Worker to join our expanding team.
The Role
This is a hands-on position involving a wide variety of work across civil and landscaping projects. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Operating earthmoving and construction machinery (excavators, skid steers, rollers, etc.)
* Hard landscaping – paving, retaining walls, concreting, edging, drainage, and site prep
* Civil works – trenching, pipe laying, and detailed excavation
* Reading and interpreting site plans
* Ensuring quality workmanship and maintaining safety standards on site
What You'll Need
* Previous experience in landscaping, civil construction, or similar trade
* Competence in operating plant and machinery (relevant tickets highly regarded)
* Current driver's licence (MR/HR desirable)
* Construction White Card
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Machine operation: 4 years (Preferred)
* Bob Cat: 3 years (Required)
* Excavator: 3 years (Required)
Licence/Certification:
* HR Licence (Required)
* HC Licence (Preferred)
