The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder is seeking a Property Maintenance Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the management of the City's building assets as well as scheduling of city tradesmen and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling of City Tradespersons, assigning day-to-day tasks and accountabilities to ensure efficient operations.
* Assisting with the administration of multiple city-wide external contracts for the Building Maintenance Department, ensuring contractors meet performance standards.
* Implementing annual maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for the Building Maintenance Department, including work orders, maintenance logs, and contracts.
Requirements
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience with property maintenance or administration is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
* A proactive and solution-focused mindset.
