We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.Purpose of the RoleBGIS is seeking an experienced Programmed Works Coordinator to manage the administrative interface between Work Supervisors, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring accurate job planning, resource allocation, and progress tracking. Reporting directly to the Delivery Administration Manager, you will work collaboratively with both client and BGIS teams to ensure Work Orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes, driving a culture of compliance, collaboration, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate will be organised, communicative, and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview new Programmed Work Orders and create work programs based on trade separationAllocate appropriate Work Supervisors and subcontractors to each orderIssue and monitor progress of Work Orders, updating systems as requiredSupport Work Supervisors with documentation, compliance updates, and issue resolutionMaintain accurate and timely communications and status updates in the Evolution systemEscalate non-compliance or inconsistent feedback to the Delivery Administration ManagerConduct checks with trade contractors to ensure accurate reporting and data alignmentGenerate reports on performance and WIP as requiredEducation, Experience & SkillsEssential:Excellent administrative and organisational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationExperience in recording, preparing documentation, and data entryProven ability to manage competing tasks and follow procedures under pressureProficient in using digital systems and tools, with willingness to learn Evolution softwareDesirable:Administration or Data Entry qualificationsUnderstanding of the building/construction industryExperience working with subcontractors and within trade service environmentsWorkplace FlexibilityTo support your growth, this position will initially be based on-site at our Sydney Head Office.
