* Lead the management of the restaurant team, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.
* Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
* Order stock from suppliers and handle administrative duties such as paperwork, banking, and payroll.
* Compile and maintain profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls.
* Manage cleaning and maintenance of the production areas, dining room, and general restaurant.
