* Handle inbound calls from a diverse customer base
* Create positive experiences for our valued clients and customers
* Assist customers and corporate clients with enquiries
* Deliver personalised customer service at the highest level in line with our core values respect, integrity, courtesy and honesty.
* Cultivate and maintain client relationships with care and professionalism
About You:

* A background in customer service
* A confident and professional manner
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to thrive under pressure
* Proficiency in computer literacy
* A positive can-do attitude with a commitment to driving great experiences for our customers
* Exposure to office-based roles is beneficial, but not necessary
* Previous call center experience is advantageous, but not essential
* Prior experience in the insurance or construction industry is a plus, though not mandatory
