This is a multifaceted role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and secretariat responsibilities to ensure the smooth delivery of governance-related initiatives.Your key responsibilities will include:Project Coordination: Lead and support the delivery of governance-related projects, ensuring alignment with agency priorities and timelines. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, and preparing reports.Board and Committee Support: Provide high-level secretariat support to the Trust Board and its subcommittees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and papers, taking minutes, and following up on action items.Governance Operations: Assist in the coordination of planning cycles, compliance reporting, and the development of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively across the agency to facilitate working groups, consultations, and cross-functional initiatives.
