Key Responsibilities:
* Manage dealers, end users, and key accounts to achieve budgeted sales and profits in the Queensland and Northern New South Wales region.
* Establish and execute regional sales profit plans.

* Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and profit forecasts and develop strategies to achieve targets.
* Monitor and report accurate market data, competitor activities, and developing trends within the industry.
Requirements:
* Exceptional and proven sales skills in an irrigation/equipment environment.
* Relevant industry experience.
* Strong sales, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external customers.
