Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will bring a client-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication and collaboration skills, and resilience in handling challenging situations.
The Client Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other teams as required. This includes acting as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide essential case support by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide support to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other teams as required.
* Information Hub: Act as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs.
* Case Support: Provide essential case support by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
Requirements:

* Certifications: Hold a valid Victorian Driver's Licence, Working with Children Check, and Police Check.
* Qualifications: Possess a Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
