About the Role
As a Psychologist at Mindplace, you'll be a pivotal member of our team, shaping the future of mental health services with Bupa. This is a patient-facing clinical position serving Bupa customers and others who wish to utilise Bupa services. You will drive meaningful change and innovate new ways to support mental health journeys throughout Australia.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and provide evidence-based therapies
* Develop personalised treatment plans based on assessments and patient needs
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans
* Build and sustain collaborative relationships with referring healthcare providers to strengthen patient referral networks and support practice growth
* Coordinate with external providers to fulfil service requests within an established procedural framework
There are permanent part-time and full-time positions available that can adapt to your schedule, from 2–5 days per week. One-half day options can be discussed.
This role will be based at our new centre in Southport, opening November 2025.

About you
We're seeking an experienced Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist with:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology or a Master's/Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
* General Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia, with Clinical Psychology endorsement and substantial experience in mental health care
* 5+ years of recent clinical experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and colleague relationships
* Advanced clinical expertise in mental health services
* Experience delivering high-quality care and fostering innovation in service delivery
