Training Series Overview
We are thrilled to share that B Lab AANZ is the first region across the B Lab Network to design and launch new standards training specifically for B Consultants, reflecting our commitment to supporting you as trusted partners in expanding the B Corp community and movement in this region. We know this training could not have come soon enough and we thank you for your patience as we developed this series.
CPD series offers comprehensive, guided learning on the Foundation and Impact Topic Requirements.
The series comprises nine CPD modules delivered via Thinkific and eight live Q&A sessions, which will take place during B Consultant Office Hours.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Onboard new subcontractors to build our national team
Project manage subcontractors to achieve smooth and on-time projects
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
Efficiently and assertively problem solve site issues and process variations
Log calls and manage workflows through our project software (Accelo)
Collaborate with our project coordinators and engineers
Expand our project management capabilities into new areas and technologies
Manage the department (be responsible for KPI's and manage a small team)

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Strong project management experience
Time management and problem-solving skills
Professional communication
Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Electrical industry experience
Construction project management especially OHS & Risk Management
Rapport building skills
Ability to manage people
Genuine commitment to sustainability and positive impact
Lighting and HVAC experience preferred
Experience managing multi-discipline projects preferred
Energy efficiency retrofit experience (e.g., audits, calcs, technology) preferred
Location
We deliver projects Australia wide.
It is highly preferred you are based in Brisbane, but it's not essential because we manage most work remotely.
