Support Worker
Location: Ringwood, Seabrook, Melton

KS Life Care is a registered NDIS service provider based in Melbourne.
We are currently looking for friendly, reliable, and proactive Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will support participants with a range of daily and community-based activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised, and supportive, and who genuinely enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
Your duties may include:
* Assisting with schedule and routine management
* Supporting participants with employment-related activities (e.g. job preparation, attending appointments)
* Providing community access support, such as:
* Going to the swimming pool
* Shopping
* Watching movies
* Participating in social and recreational activities
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and social engagement
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Is positive, patient, and supportive
* Enjoys being active and engaging in community activities
* Has good communication and organisational skills
* Is reliable and able to build professional relationships
* Can adapt to different participants and support needs
Requirements (Preferred)
* Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (if applicable)
* Valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* First Aid / CPR (or willingness to obtain)
