**Salary**:
- $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 YearAs the Lead Digital Designer, you will be responsible for the overall look and feel of this iconic retailers website, you will assist and support the eCommerce and Customer teams in design and development of digital assets, including eDM, campaign assets, video assets, social media, landing pagers and display ads in line with agreed briefs, timelines and brand guidelines. Provide guidance on overall customer experience on website working with closely the Head of Performance Marketing & Head of Brand Marketing and Head of Ecommerce on execution of key initiatives.
**About You**
To thrive in this role, you will:
- Have a proven record in digital design and customer experience
- Be proficient across online and offline customer channels.
- Highly proficient in Adobe suite of tools along with Figma
- Solid knowledge of HTML & CSS
- UX/UI Design Experience
- Photography and video editing/retouching skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools e.g., Autopilot & Shopify an advantage
- A meticulous eye for detail
- An "ideas" person
- Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to communicate clearly in a structured way
- Be organised, able to work autonomously, collaboratively and team focused in your style and approach.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be a natural influence and people person.
