Job Description
* Strengthen and manage relationships with key retail and industrial clients while identifying new growth opportunities.
* Drive execution of sales strategies to meet target revenue objectives.
* Foster collaboration across the sales team, supporting any initiatives led by management.
* Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activity to generate qualified business leads.
* Drive a customer-focused approach to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Sales Manager Should Have
* 5+ years experience within the racking or shelving industry.
* Demonstrated success in securing new business and expanding client portfolios.
* Experience in sales leadership within the racking or shelving industry (preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of retail and industrial sectors, with insight into automation project environments.
* Target-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
* Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale projects.
* Existing network within major retailers (e.g. Coles, Costco, Woolworths, ALDI).
