Catholic Healthcare is hiring Personal Care Assistants to join our team at Holy Spirit Croydon. We offer a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week. You'll be part of a dedicated team who work to create a safe, home-like environment for residents.
Location: Croydon

Responsibilities
* Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
* Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
* Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
* Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team to ensure residents' health and wellbeing are optimised
* Providing high quality service to families and the community
To be successful in this role you'll need
* A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
* Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
* Good communication skills
* A reliable team player
* Understanding of workplace health and safety
* A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
* Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance
