About The Opportunity
IFYS has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officer to join the Property & Tenancy team based at our Kawana Office.
The Administration Officer - Property & Tenancy works under the direction of the Manager of Property & Tenancy Services to process maintenance requests, invoices and other administrative tasks as directed. You will also assist with the setup and hand back of IFYS properties and offer admin and operational support to the maintenance officer, property coordinator and tenancy services manager.

Key responsibilities
* Accurately maintain property and maintenance databases
* Monitor and prioritise maintenance requests, ensuring tasks are completed promptly with outstanding requests followed up
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders regarding maintenance requirements
* Ensure compliance with Swimming Pool, Electrical, Smoke Alarm and Fire Safety Legislation and regulations
* Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and reporting requirements
* Ensure property records are up to date including maintenance spreadsheets
Skills and requirements
* Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Good general IT skills, and a high level of computer literacy
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful
* Valid Queensland open driver's license with no restrictions, and own reliable transport
* QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
* Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)
* National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
* Ability to provide two references from recent employers (including your current line manager)
Other requirements
