Marketing Coordinator
This is the foundational hire for an innovative marketing agency launching in the near future. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of something from the ground up, helping to shape the agency's culture and client delivery.
The role blends creativity, organisation, and delivery across campaigns, content, and client projects.
* Develop digital assets in Canva (social posts, ads, basic web graphics)
* Write engaging copy for social media, blogs, and campaigns
* Assist in content production at client photo and video shoot days
* Liaise with external designers to ensure brand projects are delivered on time
Campaigns & Digital
* Coordinate campaign rollouts, ensuring creative assets, copy, and timelines are delivered on schedule
* Liaise with ad managers to provide content and creative for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok campaigns
* Manage content calendars, trackers, and reporting across clients
* Support website updates via CMS (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
Client & Brand Support
* Work closely with clients to ensure marketing activity is aligned with goals and kept on track
* Take a lead role with our priority construction client in coordinating ad hoc needs such as staff gifting, event management, and collateral support
* Manage day-to-day marketing projects and liaise directly with their team
* Manage relationships with influencers, affiliates, and suppliers
* Assist with branding projects and campaign launches
* Provide on-the-ground support at events, activations, and photo/video shoots
Agency Growth
* Act as second-in-command to the MD, keeping operations running smoothly
* Contribute ideas and input to the launch of the agency
* Support the ongoing growth of a nostalgic Instagram account
