Ferrycarrig has an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team, working across multiple projects in the Sydney Region.

Ferrycarrig has made a significant contribution to some of Sydney's largest and most significant infrastructure projects delivered in recent years, including Sydney Light Rail, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney Metro, Western Sydney Airport, and the New Sydney Fish Markets.
Overview of the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high-quality administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of assigned projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys working across multiple sites and stakeholders.
What you will be doing
* Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple construction sites.
* Assist Project Managers with ordering and purchasing of material & equipment.
* Support the preparation of lookaheads, reports, and project documentation.
* Liaise with the allocations team to ensure resources are available on a daily and weekly basis.
* Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, and contracts.
* Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company procedures.
* Provide general administrative and office support.
Undertake any other reasonable duties required to meet business needs.
Is this job for me
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role
* Experience in the construction industry or a similar role is desirable but not essential
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and use initiative
